Menu and beverage arrangements:
Our Executive Chef, Japhy Allen, has created special Banquet menus for your event. The Ridge also provides a full wine list for your consideration. Please contact our Event Coordinator for pricing and menus for your event. Please know prices are subject to change without notice or promise and should be used as a guideline for your costs. Menu prices will be guaranteed 90 days prior to the function date. Each price is subject to a 19 percent service charge and applicable sales tax.

Outside food and beverages: 
Because The Ridge Golf Club and Event Center has a full service restaurant, we are the onsite caterer for your event. However, we do offer you the option of bringing in your own wine, and cake. A $15 per bottle corkage fee will apply for wine (750 ml).

Due to our insurance policy, we prohibit banquet guests from taking any food away from the facility, with the exception of the cake. A 19% service charge and applicable sales tax will apply to these charges.
